Lucky Duck Productions LLC ("Lucky Duck," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website (luckyduckproductionsllc.com), engage us for services, or otherwise interact with us.

Each service provider is contractually obligated to handle your information according to applicable privacy laws and to use it only as needed to provide services to Lucky Duck.
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages related to the work we are doing for you — appointment and meeting confirmations, project and service updates, account or renewal notices, and replies to questions you send us. We only text people who have given us their number and agreed to be contacted this way, typically when booking a meeting with us, signing a service agreement, or asking us to reach you by text.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to deliver the messages described above.
We use Twilio as our messaging provider to deliver these messages on our behalf. Twilio processes mobile numbers only as needed to deliver messages and is contractually prohibited from using them for its own marketing.
Message frequency varies with the work in progress. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us at troymiller@luckyduckproductionsllc.com or (541) 205-3750. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other service we provide to you.
We retain mobile numbers and consent records for as long as you are a client and afterward only as needed for our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Some clients hire us to run their business social media accounts — typically a Facebook Page and a linked Instagram account. This section describes what we access when a client asks us to do that, and it applies only to those clients. If you have never connected a social account to us, nothing in this section applies to you.
We never take access; a client grants it, from inside their own account. There are two ways: the client adds Lucky Duck Productions LLC as a partner in their own Facebook business settings and assigns us the specific Page they want managed, or the client signs in with Facebook from their Lucky Duck dashboard and chooses which Pages to share. Either way the client picks exactly which accounts we may touch, and we receive nothing about any other account on their profile.
We access only the accounts a client has shared with us. We do not access a client's personal Facebook profile, their friends, their private messages as an individual, or any Page they have not assigned to us.
We do not sell social media data. We do not use it for advertising to anyone other than the client whose account it came from, and only then with a written budget from that client. We do not combine one client's social data with another's, and no client can see another client's accounts or figures. We do not use it to train anything.
Content and performance figures are stored on servers Lucky Duck Productions LLC operates, and are visible only to the client they belong to and to Lucky Duck staff working on that account. Access tokens are stored separately from the rest, outside the web root, one file per client, readable only by the account that needs them. They are never written into our database, our logs, or anything sent to a browser.
We keep social media content and performance figures for as long as we are managing the account, plus up to 90 days afterward so that a client who reconnects or asks for a final report is not starting from nothing. Access tokens are deleted immediately when a client disconnects or withdraws permission — not on a schedule, and not at the end of a retention window. Billing records relating to the service follow the 7-year retention in section 8 below.
A client can end our access at any time, without asking us and without giving a reason, either from their own Lucky Duck dashboard or by removing us as a partner in their own Facebook business settings. They can also ask us to delete the data we hold. Both are described step by step, with what happens to the data in each case, on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
